By using Read Your Scan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Read Your Scan provides automated, informational explanations of medical imaging and reports. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — see the Medical Disclaimer.

Eligibility & your content

  • You must be of legal age and authorized to upload any study you submit.
  • You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to process and display it for you.
  • You must not upload data you are not permitted to share.

Credits & payments

  • Analyses are paid for with credits. Credits do not expire.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days; a spent credit is refunded when the report is our failure, not when it is a disagreement about the images — the Refund Policy says exactly when.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the security or rate limits of the service.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on its output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
