Pricing questions, answered

What is free, exactly?
Two things. The 3D viewer is free with no account: open a DICOM folder, a NIfTI file, an X-ray or a hospital CD/DVD directly in your browser — nothing is uploaded. With a free account, you can also upload your radiologist’s written report together with your scan: every finding is extracted, mapped onto your own images, explained in plain language and scored. No card is needed for either.
What does the $9 Deep Analysis include?
One whole exam, read independently by AI: every series and slice, not a single screenshot. You get a plain-language report with each finding placed on your images and scored, a PDF, and grounded follow-up Q&A about your study. It is a one-off payment for that exam — no subscription.
What is the $24 three-exam pack?
The same Deep Analysis, for three exams instead of one — $8 each, 11% off the single price. It exists because people rarely have exactly one scan: a drawer of hospital CDs, a follow-up six months later, or a parent's exam as well as your own. Credits never expire, so there is no rush to use them.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay per exam, once. Credits never expire, and there is nothing to cancel.
What happens if a reading fails?
If an analysis fails to complete, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance. Purchases are non-refundable once a credit has been spent on a completed reading.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. Read Your Scan provides informational explanations only — not a medical diagnosis, and not a substitute for a licensed radiologist or your doctor. Your radiologist’s report stays authoritative; the AI helps you understand it.
