DICOM to PDF converter

Save a slice of a DICOM or NIfTI scan as a PDF — handy for emailing or printing for your doctor. It is built entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Load a DICOM folder or a NIfTI file below, pick a plane and slice, then download it as a JPG or PNG. Everything stays in your browser.

Opens: A folder of DICOM (.dcm) files, or a NIfTI (.nii / .nii.gz) volume. · Files are processed in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

How to use it

  1. 1.Drop a DICOM folder or a NIfTI file onto the panel (or use the file button).
  2. 2.Choose the plane (axial, coronal, sagittal) and scrub to the slice you want.
  3. 3.Click “Download PDF” to save that slice as a one-page PDF.

FAQ

Is the PDF made in my browser?
Yes. The scan is decoded and rendered locally, and the PDF is assembled on your device — the file is never uploaded to a server.
Can I also get a JPG or PNG?
Yes — the same tool exports JPG and PNG as well as PDF. Pick whichever your doctor or portal prefers.
Will the PDF include patient identity?
The PDF contains only the image of the slice — DICOM identity tags are not embedded. Review it before sharing to be sure.
